      We’re a family of four, so preparation for the relocation from Germany to Mexico would be quite a challenge we thought. There’re a lot of topics you’ve to think about, remember and organize. With the support from mexmove we saved a lot of time and trouble for the most critical topics like VISA, house hunting, citizenship, or SAT. Not only that the speech barrier would make official appointments very difficult, also the detailed knowledge from mexmove about these processes gave us a hassle-free integration and left us time for the family. The instructions as preparation before the appointments where clearly understandable, our mexmover (personal contact) was perfectly taking care of all of our needs (which was not always easy sitting with two small kids in an office for a certain time).         I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks and experience with you. From day one with the interview with Sofia. We had a Video call she was supper friendly and explained all the steps that will come in the next few weeks. The day I arrived in SLP my driver that was supported to pick me up was not there. I was not happy with this at all. I phoned Sofia and she sorted it out. For the next few days, I was with Rebecca who supported me to do all the legal stuff and so. I must admit this was supper cool for one reason. Rebecca was full of energy keeps on talking, laughing, smiling, explaining, showing me the city. Only one word to describe her (Amazing). For my Key hand over I was lucky again I got Rebecca. Everything went well again. Thanks for the assume present. After service I was supported by Marcela and still, she helps me. Well, if it was not for her, I might still be showering in cold water (long story) I can contact her any time, and she will reply after hours weekend. It just feels nice to have someone to call any time. You are super star.
